We called due to having some heating issues. They just happened to have an opening the same day. All three technicians were professional, kind, and respectful. They inspected both our units and completed the repairs that could be done within a couple of hours. We highly recommend DNA for the quality and promptness of service, outstanding customer service, as well as very reasonable prices.

Amy and her husband were great! My house was 82°, and I could not get the home warranty company to dispatch anyone, so DNA offered to come out that same day! They sent me a quote very quickly for me to get them approved to do the work through the warranty company so they could do the work right then and there. Then Amy even followed up the next day to make sure that my house had cooled down and everything was working great. I highly recommend this company. They are friendly, reliable, affordable, professional, and willing to go that extra mile.

I had a unit that stopped blowing cold air. I called DNA at 1:30, and the owner was at my house by 3:00. It turned out that the outside breaker by the unit had bad wiring that had burnt. He replaced the entire breaker box all the way from the unit to the house. It is running great now. This just happened today while we are in a Heat Advisory, and he was still able to get to me today. This is a great company and has always been available when I need them.

Ismael was always on time. He explained and showed me pictures of the problem with my A/C evaporator coil. I think my A/C might even work better than it did when it was new. I'd recommend these folks to everyone.

This company truly cares about its customers. They came out right away; the technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and we felt like he was conducting an extremely thorough diagnostic. He figured out and fixed what was needed and didn't do any unnecessary work to inflate our bill. Made sensible recommendations that were informative and easy to understand. Ended up having to come out three more times after that and never lost his patience or friendly attitude. We were called back twice to ensure that the service was top-notch and that they were there for us (all of this was over an extremely hot and long weekend). Price is competitive, and we feel like we weren't financially ripped off. Definitely our go-to company for our HVAC!!!

We have had to call DNA Heating and Air multiple times due to various air conditioner issues which ultimately resulted in replacing the entire unit. Each time they were at our house within 2 hours of the call! The staff is very respectful and eager to help. They also had the best prices in the area.
